Dr. Heath Schechinger is a therapist, researcher, and organizer, known for his groundbreaking work within the realm of family and relationship structure diversity. As Co-Founder of the Modern Family Institute, Founding Co-Chair of the American Psychological Association Division 44 Committee on Consensual Non-monogamy, and and Affiliate Faculty at the Kinsey Institute, he is on the forefront of the movement to bring alignment between current legal and healthcare frameworks, societal infrastructure, and prevailing cultural norms to reflect the reality of today's diverse family and relationship structures.
